White Paper on the Abolition of Tunnels

Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence (O.J.A.I.), concluded a three-month residency as part of the annual collaboration between AIR Antwerpen (subsequently renamed Morpho) and RAVI Liège. The research involved collecting video footage, anecdotal data, and sound recordings from the monumental pedestrian tunnels under the River Scheldt in Antwerp (Sint-Annatunnel and Kennedy Fietstunnel). The resulting video work, vinyl record (Music for Tunnels), and live performance were presented as a proposition entitled White Paper on the Abolition of Tunnels.
