Chris Dreier, O.J.A.I. NORD (born 1961), serves as Director for Systemic Risk, Financial Research, and Emergency Management. A former member of the influential West Berlin experimental band and performance collective Die Tödliche Doris, she brings a lineage of radical interdisciplinarity into her current practice. Her work in photography, textiles, performance, and experimental sound probes the architectures of finance, surveillance, and institutional pressure, tracing how economic and structural forces shape the affective conditions of contemporary life.
Gary Farrelly, O.J.A.I. SUD (born 1983), is Director for Infrastructural Heritage, Political Ideation, and Strategic Planning. An Irish artist based in Brussels, he works across performance, printmaking, textiles, drawing, and sound, assembling a practice marked by obsessive materiality, speculative reasoning, and dense political–architectural imaginaries. His work traces the afterlives of infrastructures, the logics of administrative form, and the psychic charge of designed environments. Farrelly is a graduate of NCAD Dublin, LUCA School of Arts, and a.pass in Brussels.
