Low Hanging Fruit
Wuppertal
22 October 2017
Low Hanging Fruit was the inaugural exhibition and public launch of the Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence (O.J.A.I.). It took place at Grölle Pass Projects in Wuppertal. The exhibition was structured as a headquarters—a repository for the bureaucratic and administrative manifestations of shared obsessions—and an exploration of the motif of artistic friendship. It showcased the results and analysis of an O.J.A.I. opinion poll, alongside postal correspondence, graphic, textual, textile, and photographic works, as well as plans for a world headquarters designed by ScAle Architects (Benedetta Alessi and Maurizio Scalera). The opening event was followed by a concert by O.J.A.I.'s in-house band, Dexia Defunct.
