DD is the house band of O.J.A.I. and a wholly owned and operated subsidiary. Dexia Defunct precedes the establishment of O.J.A.I. by several months and originates as a series of sound-foraging expeditions to the abandoned headquarters of disgraced Franco-Belgian bank Dexia.
